The feature tries each line in order, until it finds a line that is not occupied with another call. Hunting Groups result in calls always getting through to you, happy customers and successful business.

You don’t’ have to do anything; TE will program the feature for you when your service is set up.

Short Number 19xxx – 16xxx

A Short Number is a fixed 5-digit numbers starting with 19 or 16. It enables your customers to reach you more easily, no matter where they are. It is perfect for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and other companies.

If your company has more than one branch, the short number will be connected to one of your numbers. This helps customers outside the governorate to call you without having to dial a mobile or national code.

This service helps you to transfer the incoming calls to another branch during vacations or after working hours. In addition, you can choose the suitable IVR for your customer.
Service Fees:

• Subscription fees of L.E 20000 per year + 10% taxes.
• If you want to connect various branches to the short number you will pay L.E. 1000 for each additional branch (paid for one time).
• Your customer will be charged for calls to the short numbers with the regular local and national call fees.

For Data Transferring & Voice Services

This service offers you a discount on your total international, national, mobile, and local call charge in return for a monthly subscription fee paid in advance on a quarterly basis.

• You will get a discount on you international, national, local, and mobile calls charge which will be deducted from the local bill. If the value of discount exceeds the value of your local bill, the difference will be deducted from the international bill of the following month.

• The discounted amount and the total calls charge after the discount will be clearly stated on your phone local bill.
