Business Rules
- These bundles are offered only for commercial & call centers’ lines
- Subscriptions to the new bundles will take place in :
- Commercial offices in exchanges all over Egypt
- Sales support located in Maadi-Opera Exchange-Alex-Tanta-Asuit
- Customer care 111 through PIN code
- Telecom Egypt website
- In order to subscribe in a national bundle; companies must subscribe in one of the mobile bundles.
- Normal international tariffs are applied after consuming the discounted international minutes.
- Additional consumed minutes over the bundle minutes will be rated according to the above tables & added to the customer’s bill.
- Non – Consumed minutes in the package will not be transferred to the following month
- Any company can subscribe to only one bundle of Extra 100/300/600 per line/system .
- Any company can subscribe up to 10 bundles of Extra 1000 per line/system .
- The discount on international calls will not be applied on call centers
- All prices are exclusive of sales tax
